Customer Service Representative
Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Your role will involve addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships to uphold the high standards of service Pack Promotions is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
